Women's Council's 2011 President Margo Wheeler Willis, GREEN, GRI, PMN, SRES, is a Managing Broker with Crescent Realty. She is a full service residential sales specialist serving clients in Tacoma, WA, and surrounding communities.

A  Women's Council member and REALTOR® for 17 years, Margo has been elected to and served in numerous leadership positions, including Women’s Council local chapter president, state chapter president and regional vice president. She also served on the Board of Directors and as President of the Tacoma-Pierce County Association of REALTORS®.

Margo is a past Tacoma and Washington State Women's Council "Member of the Year" and Tacoma-Pierce County Association "REALTOR® of the Year" and she has consistently been a member of their Honor Society.

Active in her community, Margo has served on the Board of Directors of the Tacoma Partners in Homeownership and Helping Hands House. A retired U.S. Army First Sergeant, she is also active in the American Veterans (AMVETS).

Margo is a mother of three adult children, a proud grandmother, entrepreneur, mentor, trainer and a passionate advocate for diversity and fair housing issues.
