Tips for a Smooth Registration Your best chance to get into the WCR headquarters hotel, The Capital Hilton, is to book online as soon as registration opens on February 17. Note that registrations that are faxed or called into Experient are not handled as quickly as online registrations. Experient processes faxed registrations at the end of the business day, and if you call to register you could be on hold for an extended period of time. Because the Capital Hilton sells out so quickly, WCR has an overflow room block at the The Madison, which is .25 miles from the Capital Hilton, an easy walking distance. To book a room at the Capital Hilton or The Madison you MUST do two things: 1. Pay the WCR Meetings registration fee of $289 and 2. Mark "WCR" as your primary affiliation. Please note that one ticket to the WCR Awards Banquet is included in the $289 WCR Meetings registration fee. Banquet seating will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
