In today’s real estate market, it's anything but business as usual. Recent changes and regulations regarding distressed properties make it difficult to know if you’re making the right moves for your business.
In this broker, owner and manager call, distressed property expert Rayman Mathoda will be joined by some of your Women's Council peers to touch on best practices for dealing with distressed properties, as well as profitability and reducing your overall risk. While the focus of this session is for the broker, owner and manager, our experts will also discuss broker and agent training and tips to help you develop a new plan for success.
Conference calls made possible in part by Women's Council's Business Development Strategic Forum.
