Tips for a Smooth Registration Your best opportunity to reserve a room at the WCR headquarters hotel, the Washington Hilton, is to book online as soon as registration opens at noon CST on Tuesday, February 14. Note that registrations that are called into Experient are not handled as quickly as online registrations. If you call to register you could be on hold for an extended period of time. To book a room at the Washington Hilton in the WCR room block, you MUST do two things when you register: 1. Pay the WCR Meetings registration fee of $279, and 2. Mark "WCR" as your primary affiliation. Please note that ONE ticket to the WCR Awards Banquet is included in the $279 WCR Meetings registration fee. Banquet seating will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

WCR Awards Banquet Friday, May 18, 6:30-10:00 p.m. Your "WCR Meeting" registration includes one ticket to our annual Awards Banquet. At the banquet, we will acknowledge the achievements of all our chapters. We will be honoring our State Members of the Year, Chapter Excellence Winners and Recruitment & Retention Winners. The entire evening is a red carpet celebration full of energy and excitement!

Chapter Sales Tables If your chapter has fundraising items to sell, be sure to purchase a Chapter Sales Table. On February 14, online registration will open for the Chapter Sales Table through the Women's Council website. Tables will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Lynn Muscarello at 800-245-8512 if you have questions. You may also purchase a table onsite at the WCR Registration desk, while supplies last.
