Women's Council Awards Banquet The Wells Fargo "Inspire. Educate. Enable.TM" Award recognizes four local Women’s Council chapters for superior programs that advance the professional knowledge of REALTORS®. A $1,500 check was awarded to each chapter to further their local educational programming. Winners for 2009 were announced at the Awards Banquet in Washington, D.C., on May 14, 2010. Judging criteria: Innovation (Educate): Did the chapter create programs that took new or novel approaches to address relevant topics with its members? Community Outreach (Inspire): How much did the chapter do to connect with or support local communities? Professional Development (Enable): Did the chapter produce programs that assisted its members in gaining knowledge, improving skills or making connections?
