North Central Valley
Hello 2024!
As I think about the new year that is quickly approaching, I am filled with thoughts of hope, excitement, and encouragement! This past year was a year of tremendous growth and we were able to show the true Women's Council spirit, and prove that "Leaders are Made Here." With the support of our members, strategic partners, and sponsors, we worked hard, and we worked long, building our membership to a little over 40 members in matter of months. The North Central Valley Network is creating a buzz, and people want to know what we are doing, and how we are doing it. We did it by working as a network, as a team, and more importantly, as a FAMILY. By the end of this past year we grew to over 80 members and our network was recognized as a MEGA NETWORK!!! We are one of three out of the state of California, this is huge!
While our network holds local events and fundraisers, we are part of a bigger picture, participating at the state and national level in the strategic planning and decision making that benefits members around the country. Women's Council of Realtors exists today with a rich 80 year history that is recognized as the voice for women in real estate, and is a premier source for the development of women leaders. It provides professional credibility, collaboration, influence and opportunity, and has a current female membership of 62% in the National Association of Realtors. That is a big deal!
If you are feeling the "tug" but are not sure where you want your leadership journey to take you, please reach out to us and explore the opportunities that are available to you within our network. Whether it is a position on our board of directors, within one of our committees, or just to test the waters and see what our membership is all about. We would love to hear from you, and there is ALWAYS room at our table.

We are always looking to add to our Strategic Business Partner Family! Our 2024 forms can now be found under our website's "Document" tab. We are looking for companies who value our Members' business and want to support them in return. Women's Council is the perfect way to do just that. We all have one common goal, the successful outcome of our business partnerships while serving our clients with the utmost care and highest level of customer service.
