Dear Members,

As I step back into the role of president of the Women’s Council of Realtors on the Gulf, I’m filled with both gratitude and determination. Firstly, I want to extend my heartfelt wishes for a swift recovery to our former president, Michelle Finley, whose health challenges led to her resignation. Let’s keep her in our thoughts and prayers as she focuses on her well-being.

Now, as we move forward, let’s reaffirm our commitment to the values that define our organization. Let us continue to encourage each other to dedicate ourselves to the highest service for the public and the real estate industry. Together, we can make a significant impact by upholding integrity, professionalism, and excellence in all our endeavors.

On of our key objectives this term will be to foster growth in both membership and leadership. I urge each of you to reach out to potential members and invite them to join our organization. Let’s cultivate an environment where everyone feels supported and empowered to take on leadership roles, contributing their unique skills and perspectives to our collective success.

Additionally, let’s prioritize communication and education within our industry. We’ll strive to keep our fellow Realtors and Affiliates informed about the mission and purpose of the Women’s Council. By clearly articulating who we are, what we do, and why we matter, we can strengthen our impact and relevance in the real estate community.

Together, let’s embark on this journey with enthusiasm and dedication. I have full confidence in our collective ability to achieve great things, and I’m honored to lead alongside every one of you.
