Hello Women’s Council of Realtors® Georgia!

With 2023 in the books for Women’s Council of Realtors® Georgia, we are looking forward to building on those accomplishments. I am honored to be working with an amazing leadership team that are here for the growth, development, and success of our members.

Our goals for 2024 are simple, provide training that resonates with Leadership, Growth and Education and we'll do that by Building on the Basics.

As we embarked on this new year and I pondered on goals for the year, I realized that our focus, while significant, is nothing new or groundbreaking. The Women’s Council organization, which is an 85 year old organization, has done an incredible job with providing the mission, vision, and values along with the tools and resources needed for success. All we need to do is keep those core values in the forefront and build from there.

While through our strategic plan we are seeking to increase our leadership development, industry engagement, membership, and our advocacy participation, it can be achieved by following the guidelines set out for us so well by the Council. And when that happens, we will grow more leaders from within by filling our pipeline, which is our mission of Leaders Made Here. Our mission begins at the top. It starts with this amazing team of leaders on the state level who I am proud to be serving with. The Georgia membership has elected state officers that not only are knowledgeable and experienced, they lead with their hearts and it shows in how they interact not only with the members, but in their business and personal lives as well.

I am excited about the work that we will do together in Georgia this year. It is my hope and desire that what we achieve together will attract others in the industry, both members and affiliate partners, to join our organization and help to continue the great work of the Women’s Council of Realtors® Georgia.
