Welcome! I am honored to serve as your Greater Baltimore Network President. When I began our year in 2022 for the 2023 season, we had ambitious goals in mind. Not only did I want to diversify our Network to reflect the true spirit of Greater Baltimore, I wanted to get other Realtors® involved, host more events and earn money to support our network and to send my top Leadership Board Members to National training in Anaheim, California. I'm pleased to report that not only did we meet these goals but we exceeded them. Because our Organization is designed to be Member focused and leadership driven, we made that our main mission this year creating new programs and implementing new ideas to keep our Members engaged and entertained. We are focused on empowering our network members to succeed not only within their own business but within their community. It is our goal to train and empower a diverse membership who are focused on becoming community leaders.

We are thrilled to have the support of our National and our State Leadership as well as our Local Board, Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. We thank our members, strategic partners and sponsors for our continued growth and success. We have spent 2022-2023 rebuilding and will will continue to curate events, session and opportunities for our network to thrive. There are many opportunities to participate at all levels and we value your time and commitment to our organization. We are honored that you have chosen to be part of our Greater Baltimore Network and we look forward to connecting with you. We hope you find this training helpful to getting the most out of your Women's Council of Realtors Membership. Our Greater Baltimore Network is proud to introduce our 2020 Strategic Partner Program.  We believe that by building a strong base of REALTOR members and incorporating well respected Strategic Partners, all members of WCR will have access to a broader base of successful professionals in the industry at business resource meetings and events.
