Greetings!

My name is Andrea Dawson, and I have the honor of serving as the 275 Corridor's 2024 President. I am fairly new to the real estate industry having spent 20 years in landscape construction. Real estate has always been an interest of mine, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the last two years in my new career as a Realtor. Entering an entirely different industry, I was acutely aware of the importance of networking and engagement. One of the first organizations I joined was the Women’s Council of Realtors. I was instantly welcomed with open arms, met many fellow Realtors and trade affiliates and was afforded many educational opportunities. These relationships I made and knowledge I gleaned have been instrumental in helping me move forward in unfamiliar territory.

I, along with the board, would like to invite you to join us in this new year of growth and education. I am a firm believer in the power of networking and the benefits of continuous learning. In addition to increasing our Realtor membership, a main focus for 2024 is to provide great value to our Realtor members, Strategic Partners and affiliates by creating numerous opportunities for connection, education and engagement.
