Welcome to Women's Council of Realtors West Michigan I am grateful for your trust to lead our network in 2023 as President.

We are grateful how this 84 year old organization has evolved over the years. We also will evolve in 2023, We are going to be focusing on our mission as we lead and grow with grace. We are a network of successful REALTORS^®, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.

Our theme for 2023 is to #Lead and Grow with Grace by bringing the mission and education focused, inclusive culture to our West Michigan Network, Double our REALTOR membership, and have 100% of our membership become DEFI Advocates - Diversity, Equity, Fair Housing and Inclusion Advocates through our association.

In order to move forward The spirit of Sankofa encompasses taking from the past what is good and bringing it into the present to make progress in the future. We need the wisdom and knowledge from our past leadership and members in order to move forward with grace and dignity.
