In the late 1950's when some local boards barred membership for women, The Women's Council was founded. Early women leaders paved the way for us today and we hope to continue the tradition of creating an inclusive and growth environment for our members. A place where our members can network with colleagues, share leads, business tips, and enjoy the company and support of each other.
As your president in 2024, it is my priviledge and honor to walk in the footsteps of the great leaders before me and I hope to leave a legacy for those who will follow. I am extremely proud and excited about the leadership team this year. Our mission in 2024 is to Educate, Empower & Excel. Educate our members about the latest and most pressing real estate issues. Empower each other with our fun networking events and Excel together to make this a successful year of our careers.
We, at The Women's Council of Realtors North Central, will consider this year a success if we are able to provide the members with a place where they can grow personally and professionally.
