PRESIDENT - Carol Hardy

Native Texas, and Cancer Survivor, Carol Hardy came to Austin from Dallas in 1981. Graduating from The University of Texas in 1984 with a Bachelor's degree, she was also a privileged member of The University of Texas Longhorn Band. Having lived in the Austin and Lakeway areas, Carol settled in Georgetown in 2003, with her husband, Rob (married since 1987) and daughters, Helen and Jonna. As a member of this community, Carol has served on PTA committees, booster clubs, substitute taught in elementary, middle and high school levels, and is the Executive Secretary to the Georgetown Rotary. Carol has a strong sense of community, work ethic, dedication, and enthusiasm to be your personal cheerleader whether you are planning to sell or buy your home in the Georgetown and surround areas.


Jennifer has been a memeber of Women's Coucil since 2014, having served on several committees and is currently an officer. In 2015 she was nominated as one of the up and coming REALTORS® in Texas Monthly. She has been a mentor and teacher for new agents and will be ALC (Agent Leadership Council) for Keller Williams Cedar Park. Jennifer is very involved in the community and is a Major Investor for TREPAC (Texas Political Action Committee). The Network looks forward to having her gain the experience she will use to lead as the 2019 Network President.

SECRETARY - Ellen Outlaw

Ellen has been a residential specialist for 14 years with a true dedication and passion for her business and the clients she serves. She has been recognized as a Texas Monthly Five Star Professional for the last five years. Additionally, Ellen is a part of the Austin Elite Platinum Top 50 REALTORS® organization. She is a Top Producer for Reilly REALTORS® and a Philanthropist at heart.


Aaron has been working in the mortgage industry for 15 years with the last six years at Bank of Texas Mortgage. He has recently joined the ranks at Southstar Bank. He has served as the Vice President of the Board of Directors at American YouthWorks for the last six years, and is now Board Director. Aaron has been a member of Women's Council since 2013. We look forward to his council and expertise this year as Treasurer.


As a real estate Broker, Lauren has been in the industry since 1989 and has experience in residential sales, light commercial, multi-family, and property management. She also has a broad knowledge of construction grained from sharing the building of a Permaculture home in Lakeway, Texas as well as numerous remodels. The key talent she brings to her clients is her reputation for serving as client advocate in regards to service, negotiations, support, and a desire for customer satisfaction. Lauren lives her life to the fullest and loves sharing her enthusiasm with every client she works with. Her positive outlook is contagious and is one of the qualities her clients love most about her. 


A mortgage lender with over 25 years of experience, Robin is currently a branch manager for Alterra Mortgage. Robin is a US Navy Veteran and is President of the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women Austin, and Vice President of the Veterans Assocaiton of Real Estate Professionals Austin.
