Dear Members of the Women's Council of REALTORS Coastal Virginia,

It is with great honor and enthusiasm that I take on the role of Local President. I am humbled to lead such a talented and dedicated group of professionals who are committed to advancing the real estate industry and empowering women in our field.

As we begin this new chapter, I am excited to build upon the incredible work of our past leaders and continue to foster a culture of collaboration, education, and growth. This year our network strives to provide valuable opportunities for members to connect, share knowledge, and build lasting relationships that can help us all succeed in our businesses in addition to education and referrals.

Thank you for entrusting me with this important responsibility. I am looking forward to the leadership growth I will gain leading you all.I am honored to serve as your President and am excited for all that we will accomplish together in the year ahead.

Women's Council is about so much more than the monthly events.

As many women as we see working in the real estate industry, that number is NOT matched by the number of women we find in leadership positions. Why not? Women's Council's mission is to provide training, networking, leadership opportunities, and confidence building.....ALL the things that will help place more women into leadership positions. We are talking about leadership positions in both the industry AND the community.

When you join a Women's Council Local Network, you also join Women's Council State and National. You are welcome to participate in any Local, State, or National Women's Council event. Also, not only can you volunteer to engage in local leadership, but you will be offered leadership opportunities at the State & National level, as well.
