About the Academy
Women's Council's Leadership Academy is an exclusive training event held annually in the Chicago area for State and Local Network Presidents-elect and Regional Vice Presidents-elect. The primary focus of the academy is to prepare incoming leaders for their year ahead. However, they also are given the opportunity to build their businesses by networking with hundreds of Women's Council leaders from across the U.S.
Women's Council provides these leaders with the necessary tools to build an effective leadership team, communicate the value of Women's Council and develop and implement association-branded programs, among other chapter management skills.
