2015 Leadership Academy

 

Leadership Academy is an exclusive training event held annually for State and Local Chapter Presidents-elect and Regional Vice Presidents-elect with a focus on preparing them for the year ahead. Women's Council provides these leaders with the necessary tools to build an effective leadership team, communicate the value of Women's Council and develop and implement association-branded programs, among other chapter management skills. 

Our volunteer facilitators were well prepared to ensure that attendees would leave with greater knowledge, new contacts and connections, as well as the self-confidence to take on their new positions in 2016. Many thanks to these amazing volunteers!
