Brenda Lee is completely engaged in all aspects of the real estate industry. She credits her successes to the people who have encouraged, educated and supported her. In 2005 it was time to give back. The Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® was the first stop, working on multiple committees and volunteering whenever the opportunity presented itself. In an attempt to further her education, Brenda Lee attended monthly Women’s Council of REALTORS® business resource meetings. She joined the Council in 2005, was elected to the governing board in 2008, and was the recipient of the Women's Council of REALTORS® REALTOR® of the Year Award.
The Women’s Council of REALTORS® Lake Pointe Chapter encouraged leadership growth. Brenda Lee embraced the leadership opportunity and served as local Chapter President in 2012 and 2013. On the State level she was elected as Michigan State Governor in 2014 and is currently the Michigan State President-Elect. On a National level Brenda Lee was elected to the Women’s Council of REALTORS® National Executive Committee in 2015. One of Brenda Lee’s proudest moments was when she received the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® Spirit of Success Award in 2010. She is currently serving a three year term as Director at Large of the Greater Metropolitan Association of REALTORS®. Brenda Lee has always understood the importance of the REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) and has contributed every year. In 2012 she decided to make a bigger commitment, becoming an RPAC Major Investor and in 2015 added President’s Circle.
Whether Brenda Lee is shaving her head to raise money for St. Baldricks, participating as a volunteer in the Thanksgiving Day parade or contributing time to a Women’s Build with Habitat for Humanity, she believes that giving back to the community is an important part of a balanced life.
