Founded in 1951 in Paris, France, FIABCI, the International Real Estate Federation, is the world’s leading international real estate organization devoted to all real estate specialties and activities. With chapters in over 70 countries that are spread over five continents, FIABCI provides direct access to international real estate contacts and international business opportunities. Since 1954, FIABCI holds special consultant status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. FIABCI takes great pride in our efforts to help the United Nations address serious housing and environmental issues worldwide.

Our mission is to expand members' international knowledge, presence and business through the world’s leading international real estate organization, connecting real estate professionals across multiple disciplines, inclusive of real estate brokers, commercial brokers, appraisers, architects, developers, interior designers, property managers, economists and more; to advocate for environmentally sound and sustainable development around the world and as a special consultant to the United Nations. Additionally, FIABCI is a member of the International Ethics Standards Coalition and signed off on the 10 Principles of the UN Global Compact.

Principal members enjoy a cross-promotion of events, educational seminars and networking improving your exposure worldwide. In addition, Principal Members hold a seat on both the FIABCI National and International Board of Directors where their voice impacts the global practices of the organization. Principal members are invited to attend the World Real Estate Congress, Global Business Summit, and sponsor candidates for the FIABCI Prix d'Excellence (application guidelines apply).
