To help facilitate referrals, Women’s Council maintains an “open” network; that is, full contact information is displayed for all members on a public site. Anyone can find you and, generally, that’s a good thing…but not always.
The Performance Management Network (PMN) designation is a sought after designation for leaders who want a business leadership credential, which showcases your skills as well as positions you for leadership roles. With course topics such as negotiating, running a business, networking and referrals, it also provides practical skills to further your real estate skills and education. The Fast Track program is a limited time offer for the next 60 days that lays out an achievable "road map" to obtain the designation, plus pricing incentives and a streamlined process. Fast Track participants will be recognized at the national conference in November. If you've been thinking about obtaining the designation, now is the time. The clock is ticking!
If you often find yourself thinking, ‘I don’t have enough time!’ it’s time to do an activity audit! It’s just a simple exercise to determine where your time and energy are being spent so you can reinvest your time wisely. If you execute on your findings, you’ll reap the benefit of reclaiming precious hours of your life.
Sick House Syndrome occurs when a house can’t “breathe” and rid itself of indoor pollutants, resulting in poor indoor air quality—a “sick house.” Inadequate ventilation allows these pollutants to build up, causing potential health risks to the home’s occupants. Young children, the elderly, and some chronically ill persons are most susceptible to the effects of Sick House Syndrome. Pets can be affected too.
Women’s Council members will be special guests of the conference, organized by AMPSI, a well-established and successful organization that is the equivalent of the Women's Council of REALTORS® in Spain. Join us!
Real estate closings are definitely a time for celebration. Whether the road to the closing table has been smooth or bumpy, there’s likely a sense of accomplishment and relief when the final papers are signed. To mark the occasion, agents oftentimes choose to present a gesture of appreciation to the buyers. In addition to saying "thank you" and "congratulations," closing gifts can leave lasting impressions with buyers that can help turn short-term transactions into long-term relationships for the future.
