• Module 5 – Real Estate Jeopardy: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Module 1 – Let Them Decide, You Follow the Rules: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Description

These courses fulfill the Delaware Real Estate Commission (DREC) continuing
education requirements for Modules 5 and 1.

Module 5 – Real Estate Jeopardy is modeled after a popular
television game show. Participants will be placed into teams and asked to
answer questions covering the following topics:

• Taxes
• Transfer Taxes
• Legislative Issues (including DUCIOA)
• DREC Rules and Regulations
• Remote Notarization
• Fraud

After each question, the instructor will explain the correct answer and take
questions from participants to ensure clarity and understanding.

Module 1 – Let Them Decide, You Follow the Rules focuses on
license law, professionalism, and compliance, helping licensees better
understand their responsibilities while protecting consumers and
themselves.
