How recruitment points are earned:
New REALTOR® members January 1 to February 28, 2014 = 20 points New REALTOR® members March 1 to March 31, 2014 = 15 points

How retention rates are calculated:
Retention is based on the number of members who were invoiced and the number of the invoiced members who renewed by March 31, 2014.
