2022 President-Elects: Sign Affiliation Agreement Today

Each year, local & state network presidents are asked to sign an affiliation agreement, and it’s a certification benchmark. The agreement remains similar to years past, with language this year added on adhering to the Women’s Council privacy policy.

Certification Process Opens Next Week

The network certification process opens next week! Women’s Council Network certification recognizes and rewards the most active local and state networks that achieve five key benchmarks of network excellence and exceeds basic charter requirements per its national affiliation and provides outstanding member service. We are working on a more user-friendly form for networks to fill out which will launch next week via this Roadmap newsletter. In the meantime, take a look at the Network Certification page to read, review and understand benchmarks. Networks have until late September to submit network certification applications.

Questions about the process? Contact Jackie Flores, jflores@wcr.org.

Did You Miss Network 360?

Nearly 300 leaders gathered for Network 360 in Chicago last week for a successful conference. Visit the Network 360 documents center for collateral and resources from the event.

Considering a Dues Increase in 2023?  Follow the Process

Networks considering a dues increase next year must follow National processes to ensure proper dues billing. National must be formally advised by September 30 for the subsequent year on new dues amounts along with supporting documentation. This form must be filled out and can also be found in the online network glossary.

Interested in Forming a New Network?

Women’s Council has chartered a record number of networks this year.  Any new charter being considered must have 1,000 Realtors® in the proposed area and must not compete with existing networks.  Staff has a guide available upon request and must be involved in the charter process.  Charter questions are to be directed to Jamie Saltman, jsaltman@wcr.org.
