Dear REALTOR Members, Future Members, and Valued Strategic Partners,

It is my absolute honor to welcome you to an exciting new year with the Women’s Council of REALTORS Tulsa Network! As your 2026 President, I stand humbly and proudly rooted in a vision that is both bold and deeply meaningful. A theme for 2026 we are calling Rooted in Purpose.

This theme is more than a slogan; it reflects who we are and what we believe. At the center of all we do is our mission: “We are a network of successful REALTORS, advancing women as business leaders in the industry and in the communities we serve.” In 2026 we are leaning fully into our mission. We are focusing on what matters most: developing leaders, strengthening our membership, and creating meaningful impact both professionally and personally.

This year, the Tulsa Network is launching three powerful initiatives that speak directly to our purpose:

1. The LeadHERship Series: A 10-session program built to equip, encourage, and elevate our membership. This series will empower our members with leadership skills, personal growth strategies, and a stronger sense of purpose in their careers and communities.
2. Broker on Purpose: This quarterly roundtable series is tailored for brokers, especially those leading independently. These roundtables will offer community, support, and resources for brokers who often carry the weight of leadership alone.
3. Committees on Purpose: We believe leadership is for everyone, and our committees are designed to invite members into purposeful service. Whether you’re drawn to hospitality, social media, events, or community impact, we have a place for you:
   1. Membership Ambassadors: Our hospitality project team
   2. The Hype Squad: Our social media project team
   3. The Wow Team: Our events project team
   4. Impact Partners: Our giveback and service project team

Throughout 2026, our Tulsa Network will continue to cultivate unforgettable experiences, like our tropical-themed “Murder at Mango Pointe” murder mystery dinner theater fundraiser in April and a fun Bingo Night in October, but make no mistake, the heart of 2026 is about legacy, leadership, and lifting others.

We are on a mission to build a network where purpose drives every decision, where we all rise into our full potential, and where our REALTOR members are not just seen but celebrated, supported, and strengthened.
