About Me

Allison Meagher Paoli graduated from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame, earning a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications with a specialization in Organizational Effectiveness. She is Founder, Behavioral Coach, High Performance Team Specialist and Chief Leadership Officer of M III Leadership Enterprises. In 2018 Allison became a Realtor® serving Lake Havasu City, AZ and all of Mohave and La Paz Counties.
Since becoming a Realtor®, Paoli has been dedicated to becoming a real estate expert in market trends, economics, statistics and cultivating strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and affiliates. She was elected to the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors® Board of Directors in 2020 and re-elected for another two-year term in 2022. Paoli currently serves as the Women's Council of Realtors® President representing the entire State of Arizona; she is also the 2025 Vice President for the Lake Havasu Association of Realtors®. Paoli is a top producer on the Sunstone Real Estate Group at Coldwell Banker Realty and is a champion for all things, Lake Havasu City.

Allison has an extensive history of involvement in civic organizations and community leadership development. She completed the Lake Havasu Leadership Development Program in 2009 and served as lead co-chair for the subsequent year's class. In 2012, she was honored as "Woman of the Year" for Relationship Management Consulting by the National Association of Professional Women. The International Women's Leadership Association recognized her as "A Woman of Outstanding Leadership" for her contributions to family, career, and community. In 2018, Paoli was featured in the documentary series "Success Files", focusing on Corporate Leadership Strategy. She actively participated in the Lake Havasu Area Chamber Foundation for five years, served as the Chairman of its Board of Directors, and chaired the Foundation’s Education Committee for the last 4 years.

In 2020, she received the Whelan Leadership Award, which recognizes individuals who have graduated from the Leadership Lake Havasu program and utilized their skills and knowledge to enrich the community. Additionally, in 2023, Paoli was honored with the Bridge to Business Award at the Annual Chamber of Commerce Business Awards for her efforts in connecting local educational programs with the business community. Paoli has been living in, working in the beautiful state of Arizona since 2007, and is incredibly proud to call Arizona “home.”
