About Me

Alma was recently named the 2025 REALTOR® of the Year for the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® by her peers. She has been an active member of the Women’s Council of REALTORS® California since 2015 and currently serves as the 2026 President-Elect for the California Network, following her service as the 2025 State First Vice President and 2024 State Treasurer.

Alma is deeply involved with her local association, the San Diego Association of REALTORS® (SDAR), where she serves as a 2026 Board Director and has held leadership roles as Chair and Vice Chair of multiple committees. She also serves as a Director and 2026 Treasurer for the San Diego MLS (SDMLS).

At the state level, Alma has served as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS® for the past three years. Her service includes an appointment to the 2026 RPAC FAMM Advisory Committee, 2024 Chair of Real Estate Finance for the Transaction & Regulatory Committee, and participation on the Homeownership Housing, Legislative, and Diversity and Fair Housing Forum Committees since 2023.

On the national stage, Alma contributes her expertise as a member and California representative on the RPAC Major Investor Council at the National Association of REALTORS® for the past two years, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to advocacy and industry advancement. She is also a Golden R President’s Circle investor, further underscoring her dedication to protecting homeownership and property rights for her clients and the industry.

She was also named the 2024 Volunteer of the Year by the Greater San Diego Association of REALTORS® and is a 14-year recipient of the Five Star Professional award, based on client nominations.
