April Burson
2025 President-Elect, Women’s Council of Realtors Space Coast

April Burson is a dedicated real estate agent with Coastal Life Properties, proudly serving Florida’s Space Coast for over seven years. Born and raised in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas in a small border town, April is an Air Force veteran who now specializes in military relocation, bringing integrity, heart, and experience to every transaction.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and has traveled extensively, including living overseas. April is a proud wife to her loving husband of 28 years and a devoted boy mom to three sons. She’s also a Jeep enthusiast and lover of the great outdoors.

One of her greatest joys is helping clients find their Space Coast dream home—or seamlessly move on to the next chapter of their lives, wherever that may lead.
