About Me

Dr. Brandy Jones, widely recognized as "A Voice for Everyone," exhibits steadfast commitment to championing underserved communities. She is the proud mother of two adult children and two stepdaughters, and maintains a vibrant household that includes numerous pets and farm animals, such as a Solomon Island Ground Boa, Great Danes, chickens, and goats. Her interests encompass advocacy, farming, creative endeavors, and reading.

As founder of several organizations, including Healing 4 Autism Nonprofit and Prominent Consulting Group L.L.C., Dr. Jones contributes more than 26 years of expertise in political advocacy. Her professional background in education includes teaching roles with Farmers Branch and Dallas Independent School Districts, along with developing specialized curriculum for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in Denton County, Texas. She serves as a member of the Luxury, Land & Ranch Division and recently earned her CIPS Designation.

Dr. Jones holds comprehensive academic credentials, including degrees in Criminal Justice (Associate's and Bachelor's), Public Administration (Master's with a minor in Urban Planning), and Business Administration (Doctorate with a minor in Governmental Policy and Leadership). Her research publication, available through PROQUEST, examines Crisis Management Strategies for Small Businesses During Unexpected Events.

Her considerable community involvement includes ten years of service on the Environmental Advisory Board, six years on the Policy Council for Children and Families Board, and her role as Legal Redress Chair of the NAACP. Dr. Jones maintains active membership in the University of Texas-Arlington Trailblazer Alumni Association and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Incorporated.

In 2018, she pursued election as Denton County Commissioner for Precinct 2, furthering her advocacy for women's rights and individuals with disabilities. Dr. Jones embraces the philosophy that "One is too small of a number to achieve greatness, but with unity we can accomplish a multitude of greatness," demonstrating this principle through her sustained dedication to community empowerment.
