Capri Cherry is an accomplished and dedicated real estate professional with nearly two decades of experience and a California Broker’s License. As the visionary behind Cherry Picked Estates and a Broker Associate with SimpliHOM, she specializes in serving luxury, sports, and entertainment clientele while remaining deeply committed to the communities she knows and loves.

Born in Germany and raised between California and Georgia in a military family, Capri developed adaptability, resilience, and a deep appreciation for connection early on. She pursued her passion for communication and storytelling at San Jose State University, studying Radio, TV, and Film. During her time there, she was also a collegiate cheerleader, reflecting her energy, discipline, and team-first mindset, qualities that continue to define her professional approach today.

Capri began her real estate career as a recruiter, where she identified and developed top talent in the industry. This unique foundation gave her a strategic, behind-the-scenes understanding of what drives success in real estate. Transitioning into sales, she quickly found her niche, serving sports and entertainment clients alongside individuals and families from her own network. Her ability to understand high-level expectations while delivering a personalized, concierge experience has set her apart in a competitive market.

Throughout her career, Capri has worked alongside one of California’s top-performing teams, mentoring agents and contributing to the successful closing of over 400 homes in a single year. Her leadership extends beyond transactions as a two-time President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS Southwest Riverside County, where she is known for leading with both heart and structure, empowering others while driving meaningful impact.
