I have been a licensed Realtor in general brokerage and on-site sales since 1986. After moving to Myrtle Beach, SC in 1996 I was involved in all aspects of project development for a 2200-acre master-planned community as Sales & Marketing Director and later assumed the responsibilities of Broker-in-Charge. In 2010
I helped form Coastal Luxury Properties, LLC with my partners and assumed the role of Broker-in-Charge.
