About Me

Cassie Stover is the Qualifying Broker of Woodland Realty in North Georgia, where she combines local market knowledge, modern marketing, and hands-on leadership to serve clients and support the agents she leads. A REALTOR® since 2014, Cassie has built her career around continued education, strong relationships, and a commitment to raising the standard of professionalism in real estate.

She is a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence and holds multiple professional designations and certifications, including CRB, CRS, C-RETS, SRS, PSA, RENE, RSPS, ePRO, and C2EX. Cassie also serves as Vice President of Governmental Affairs for the Northeast Georgia Board of REALTORS®, reflecting her commitment to advocacy, industry involvement, and protecting the interests of property owners and real estate professionals.

As a broker, Cassie is passionate about helping agents grow sustainable businesses through education, mentorship, technology, and practical support. She believes strong leadership means remaining accessible, continuing to learn, and creating opportunities for others to succeed.

Outside of real estate, Cassie is active in Scouting and enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring the North Georgia mountains with her family. She is proud to call North Georgia home and is committed to serving both her profession and her community.
