About Me

Catherine brings a unique blend of leadership, community engagement, and market knowledge to the industry. As an Associate Broker , her passion for service, detail-oriented approach, and commitment to achieving win-win outcomes make her a trusted resource for both agents and clients.
A Delaware native, Catherine moved to Richmond in 1983 to attend the University of Richmond, where she graduated with Honors as a double major in English and Psychology, along with a concentration in French. She and her husband, Jim—an avid golfer who works for a major golf manufacturer— live in Short Pump with their pug, Iggy. Their daughter is a University of Delaware graduate now working with the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans, and their son is currently attending Reynolds. Over the years, the family has lived in nearly every part of Richmond—the Fan, Church Hill, Southside, Bellevue, the West End, and Short Pump—giving Catherine a first-hand understanding of the area’s diverse neighborhoods and communities.
Catherine spent more than a decade at The Martin Agency, where she advanced to Associate Director of the Traffic Department, overseeing a team of 30+. She later served as Assistant Director of VCU’s Brandcenter, launching impactful programs in mentorship, job placement, speaker series, internships, and international admissions. After transitioning into part-time work while raising her children, Catherine gained additional experience in teaching, retail, and nonprofit administration.
Catherine is eager to leverage her operational expertise and relationship-building skills—along with her diverse experiences, strong family values, and deep local knowledge—to deliver exceptional client experiences.
