For more than four decades, Cathy Gibb has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. Known throughout the mortgage industry for her integrity, expertise, and commitment to client service, Cathy has built a reputation as a trusted advisor who believes every borrower deserves honest guidance, clear communication, and a smooth lending experience.

As the Managing Member and co-founder of CAM Mortgage Partners, LLC, Cathy launched the company with a vision of creating a modern mortgage brokerage focused on relationships rather than transactions. Alongside her daughter and business partner, Marette Gillen, she built CAM Mortgage Partners on the principles of transparency, accessibility, and personalized service. Their remote brokerage model allows them to serve clients efficiently while maintaining the flexibility and responsiveness that today's borrowers expect.

Throughout her career, Cathy has successfully guided thousands of clients through the mortgage process, helping first-time homebuyers, veterans, self-employed borrowers, real estate investors, and homeowners seeking refinancing solutions. Her extensive knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM, and specialty loan programs enables her to find solutions where others often see obstacles.

Affectionately known as "The Mortgage Queen" and "The Mortgage Doctor," Cathy is passionate about educating consumers and real estate professionals alike.
