Cathy is a Broker Associate with over 37 years of experience as a sales agent and branch and regional broker, upholding the highest standards of customer service and agent communication. Cathy has extensive experience in new home construction and land acquisition. She holds several certifications, including CRB, C2X, and SFR, and is a National Association of REALTORS 'Spire' Mentor. She has several luxury home certifications. Cathy is a 203K Specialist, is HAMP/HAFA, Ninja, Five Star REO, and Short Sale Certified. Some of her awards include the Broker of the Year from the Tahoe Sierra Board of REALTORS®, the Service Above Self Award, and the Rotarian of the Year Award from the Rotary Club of the Reedy River. A graduate of the South Carolina REALTORS® Leadership Academy Class of 2022. Cathy has served on the Tahoe Sierra REALTOR® board as President and on several committees. She is a licensed broker in SC, and formerly in CA & NV.
