Claudia Diaz, PMN,CIPS, is a distinguished bilingual REALTOR® with West Shores Realty, Inc., bringing over 20 years of experience in real estate and a powerful voice for global collaboration, ethical leadership, and community empowerment. As the 2025 National Global Mastermind Chair for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Claudia leads with purpose, connection, and a deep commitment to fostering growth and professionalism across the real estate industry.
Claudia is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), a testament to her global perspective and expertise. Her extensive leadership includes serving as a past District Vice President for Women’s Council of REALTORS® California, Global Chair for local associations, and as a current Global Ambassador for the National Association of REALTORS® (2024–2027), representing North/Central America and the Caribbean.
She currently serves on the NAR Global Alliances Advisory Board and brings firsthand knowledge of international markets, cultural awareness, and a passion for elevating REALTOR® excellence worldwide.
