About Me

Dalia Howard is a full-time real estate professional with 13 years of experience serving Winston-Salem and the greater Piedmont Triad. She specializes in residential resales, new construction, luxury properties, and relocation. With a background in engineering and finance before real estate, Dalia brings an analytical, detail-oriented approach to every transaction, paired with a genuine love for people.

Dalia holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, earned by top-performing residential agents, and the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation. She will also serve as the 2027 Networking Leader for the NC Residential Real Estate Council, where she looks forward to strengthening connections among agents across the state.

Originally from South Florida, Dalia has called the Triad home for the past 16 years. She fell in love with the area's natural beauty and small-town feel, where you can enjoy a quiet trail one day and run into a familiar face at the grocery store the next. That local knowledge makes her a valuable resource for relocating buyers and the agents who refer them.

An active member of Triad MLS, Dalia welcomes both inbound and outbound referrals. Referred clients receive the same level of care you would give them yourself, and referring agents are kept informed through closing.

Outside of real estate, you'll find her curled up with a good book, pushing through a tough workout at Orangetheory, or enjoying a lively game of mahjong with friends. She's also working on her golf swing, one practice round at a time.
