Donna Stout: A Trailblazer in Real Estate and Community Leadership
Donna Stout is a distinguished real estate professional whose entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering determination have been the cornerstones of her remarkable career. Starting her journey in real estate in 1987 just outside of Boston, MA, Donna's career quickly expanded to Kennebunk, ME, before she made her way to Cape Coral, FL, in 2002. Her ability to navigate the turbulent real estate markets of the late 1980s and early 1990s, as well as the post-2006 downturn, has honed her skills and deepened her understanding of the industry, allowing her to thrive even in challenging economic conditions.
Donna’s commitment to her clients is reflected in the loyalty and satisfaction she has earned over the years, with many of her ongoing referrals coming from past customers. Her philosophy of hard work, determination, and compassion has been a guiding mantra throughout her career.
Her leadership extends beyond her real estate practice. Donna has made significant contributions to the industry through her active involvement in various organizations. She served as the President of the Cape Coral Chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors (WCR) in 2008 and 2011, and was honored with the WCR Realtor of the Year Award in 2010. This role allowed her to build valuable connections with Realtors across the United States.
Donna’s excellence in real estate has been recognized by the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association, which awarded her the President’s Award in 2015 and 2023, and the Realtor of the Year award in 2024 and 2013. Her leadership roles include serving as the 2017 President of the Florida Gulf Coast Multiple Listing Service and the 2014 President of the Cape Coral Association of Realtors. She is also a past President of the Royal Palm Coast Holdings Board of Directors and is actively involved in several Presidential Advisory Groups for the Association, the Southwest Cape Coral Neighborhood Association Board of Directors, and Women’s Council of Realtors, Cape Coral-Fort Myers
Donna, along with her husband Ray, is proud of their four children and six grandchildren, who live in California and the Northeast. Her personal and professional life is a testament to her dedication to both her family and her community.
