Dr. Rhonda Gilbo – Real Estate Broker | Educator | Community Leader
Dr. Rhonda Gilbo is a dynamic Real Estate Broker and the proud owner of Prosperity Realty
Group, specializing in helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties,
ultimately empowering them to build wealth. In addition to her work in real estate, Dr. Rhonda is
a seasoned coach, motivational speaker, and educator, with over 23 years of experience as an
Adjunct Professor at various universities, teaching business courses.
A passionate community advocate, Dr. Rhonda is deeply involved in numerous organizations.
She serves on the Board of the Emerging Learning Literacy Foundation (ELLF) and has
been an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for 38 years. Dr. Rhonda was the
2023 President of the Women’s Council of Realtors Fort Bend, and she is currently serving as
the District Vice-President (DVP), a role she will continue in 2025. She is also enrolled in both
the 2024 Class of Leadership Institute and the Texas Realtors Leadership Program, and she
is participating in the inaugural Texas Women’s Council Lonestar Leadership Program.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Rhonda holds a Business Administration degree, an MBA in
Marketing, and recently earned her Doctorate in Business Administration. Her commitment
to continuous education is a core part of her personal and professional life.
Dr. Rhonda is dedicated to helping people become the best versions of themselves, while
fostering meaningful relationships and promoting health and wellness. Outside of her career, she
enjoys working out, golfing, and gardening. She is happily married with three wonderful
children, all of whom are also realtors, aged 30, 27, and 23.
Her passion is real estate, education, and community service.
