About Me

Edie Leon is a respected Texas Broker and the founder of Local Realty Agency, where she is 
committed to transforming the real estate experience for both agents and clients. With nearly two 
decades of experience, Edie has earned a reputation for excellence in sales and leadership, 
earning numerous awards in real estate production. As an accredited TREC MCE provider and 
the author of The L.E.A.D.S. Workshop, a comprehensive training program designed to elevate 
real estate professionals, Edie is passionate about empowering others to excel in the industry.
In 2025, Edie was named Vice President of the Women's Council of Realtors in Collin County, 
further cementing her commitment to advancing women in real estate. Throughout her career, 
she has coached hundreds of agents, helping them refine their skills and master the craft of real 
estate.
After years in a leadership role with a large international brokerage, Edie recognized a 
significant gap in the traditional real estate model, which she felt prioritized numbers over 
relationships. This insight drove her to create Local Realty Agency, an agent-centered firm 
where mentorship, personal growth, and one-on-one support are paramount. Edie's vision is to 
foster a collaborative environment where agents can thrive, not only as business professionals 
but as individuals.

Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Certified Luxury Home Marketing
