About Me

As a life-long resident of Crystal Lake, IL I know the importance of having a strong sense of familiarity in your community and the priority it takes when choosing an agent. I know the area recreation, schools, shopping, entertainment options, and so much more. I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Management, and I have been licensed in real estate in Illinois since 2003. I have extensive experience in customer service, holding a variety of positions over the years starting as CSR (in contact centers), Customer Experience Supervisor, and Workforce Management (WFM) Supervisor, as well as I currently am the Assistant Manager of our Crystal Lake branch office. Over the years, I have built an extensive network of business partners as well to connect my family, friends, and clients with other business professionals in many areas of expertise as well. I have represented clients in the McHenry, Lake, and northern Kane county areas. I look forward to earning your referral business!
