About Me

Hi, I’m Emily Watts—a full-time REALTOR® with REAL Brokerage and a member of the award-winning Jones Team, proudly serving Southern Maryland since 2014. I specialize in residential listings, investment properties, and helping first-time homebuyers find their footing in today’s market.

With a background in real estate investing, including fix-and-flip projects and rental properties, I bring a strategic mindset to every transaction. Whether you're selling your home or looking to make your first investment, I provide hands-on guidance, strong negotiation skills, and modern marketing to help you achieve your goals.

I proudly serve communities throughout Southern Maryland including Waldorf, White Plains, La Plata, Hughesville, Mechanicsville, and St. Charles. As a consistent top producer in my office, I combine local expertise with professional integrity and a personal touch.

I hold the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, a longtime member and organizer of the Southern Maryland Real Estate Investors’ Group (SOMDREIG), and currently serving on the board of the Women's Council of Realtors, Southern Maryland Network (WCR).

My creative edge comes from my passion for photography and marketing—I love using both to help listings stand out in a crowded market. I'm proud to provide my sellers with polished, visually compelling campaigns that reach a broad and engaged audience.

Outside of work, I’m deeply involved in my local church, and I give back by donating a portion of each commission to The Sol Goldman Pancreatic Cancer Research Center at Johns Hopkins, in memory of my father.
