About Me

Erin Schiller is Vice President Western Region Training Director for Fidelity National Financial and has been in the real estate industry for over 37 years.

At an early age, Erin learned about real estate watching her parents run a successful real estate company in Washington and Oregon. She moved to Reno, Nevada in 1983 and then began her career in the real estate industry in 1988 working for a local real estate company then in 1990 managed a local franchise, Realty 500. In 1995, Ms. Schiller earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at the University of Nevada Reno and in 1996 went on to work in title insurance industry. In 2004, joined the team of Bill Hanks and Steve Schiller and opened a National Title company, Ticor Title in Northern Nevada.

Throughout Erin’s career, education of the consumer and real estate industry has been her focus and passion. Since the early 1990’s, she has continued to create training programs and continuing education classes to teach the real estate industry and consumers about all areas of real estate. Currently, she manages over 160 hours of continuing education classes for Ticor Title and her parent company Fidelity National Financial in the State of Nevada. Currently, Erin has been traveling throughout out the West Coast, educating consumers and real estate industry professionals on various real estate subjects and timely topics.

Erin Schiller is very involved in the real estate and business associations, organizations, and committees. She is a member of the Sierra Nevada Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Builders Association of Northern Nevada, Incline Village Realtors®, Women’s Council of Realtors®, Sierra Nevada Chapter for RRC/CRS, Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW), Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Western Industrial Nevada (WIN), National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP), Boys & Girls Club of Truckee Meadows Volunteer, Volunteers of America, Reno/Sparks Chamber of Commerce, Veterans Association of Real Estate Professionals (VAREP), Make a Wish Foundation, University of Nevada – Pack Paws, Builders Association Charity of Nevada, and a speaker/volunteer for Project Home, a home buying program in conjunction with the United States Probation Department.
