About Me

Gina is passionate about putting her client's goals first and exceeding their expectations in a real estate sale or purchase. Gina Duncan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, connected locally, nationally, and internationally. She is a licensed REALTOR® and the Principal Broker of ENRG Realty in Hawaii. And personally serves the beautiful islands of Maui and Oahu, Hawaii. Gina is actively involved in a number of local organizations and charities and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her. She also advocates for sustainable housing at a local, state and national levels. She has numerous designations to serve her clients with experience and integrity.

She has served her Associations as Hawaii Association of Realtors® President Elect 2025 and looks forward to serving as President in 2026. HAR Board of Director 2019-2021, AREAA Aloha Chapter Co-Founder, President 2015-2017, Board of Directors & Advisor since 2013. She has served on the Realtors® Association of Maui Board including being President in 2019. Gina also served on the HAR Development and Strategic Planning Committees as well as the RAM Governmental Affairs, Professional Standards, Governance, Scholarship, Wishing Well, Education, and Membership Committees.

Gina's proudest accomplishments are her Broker of the Year Recognition in 2022, mentoring her agents, being of service to her colleagues and through her volunteerism raising funds for the Arts and the creation of a children's park at the Maui Homeless Shelter. Outside of Real Estate Gina enjoys her Family Time including her 2 Brittany Spaniels, Dancing including Hula, and Community Theatre.
