About Me

This profession enables me to serve people in the most important area of their lives - their home! It allows me to contribute towards their welfare, be of service to them and the community, and contribute in a meaningful way. My intuitive and caring nature enables me to be a terrific listener. I understand the needs and concerns of families looking for that special place to call home. I understand the sensitivities of selling a home or property as well. I am able to guide buyers and sellers through the complexities of the real estate transaction, accurately provide data of the current market, and provide expert guidance in an ever-changing field. I have 20+ years of professional experience in Real Estate Sales, Contract Negotiations, Loan Processing, and Property Management. A seasoned agent, experienced in single family homes, condos, farms and ranches and investment property.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked in the industrial sales field as an Application Engineer/Analyst for over 15 years. I loved my work, but after 3 corporate restructures with closures and layoffs, I decided to become self-employed. And since I come from a long family history in Real Estate and lending, I decided to become a real estate agent. (My mother was a V.P. of a mortgage loan company for over 25 years. My father was a Real Estate Broker for over 30 years, and my stepmom was a Realtor for over 25 years.)

Originally from Houston, TX, I moved to California in the 70's after visiting my brother who was stationed in the Bay Area during the Viet Nam War, and I fell in love with the state! I raised my daughter in the East Bay and moved to Solano County in the 90's and have loved the sense of community this area provides. I am involved in my church and in my daughter's and granddaughters' lives. My guy and I have four adorable dogs that we enjoy camping and hiking with. My other hobbies include swimming, boating, sewing and reading.
