Gwendolyn holds multiple professional designations, including ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional), and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource) from the National Association of Realtors. Gwendolyn’s mission is to encourage communities to invest in real estate, stimulate economic growth, and empower youth and adults to create legacies and build generational wealth. Through her work as a appraiser, real estate professional, mentor, and community leader, she is committed to fostering economic independence and long-term prosperity for individuals, families, and communities alike. She serves on the NIRA MLS Board of Directors and the Chairperson for New Bethel Fellowship COGIC Women’s Outreach Ministry. She has also held leadership roles as the Secretary of Redevelopment for the City of Gary 2020-2023, Chairperson for the Michiana Chapter of the Hoosier Chapter of the Appraisal Institute 2023-2024. Her volunteerism and service reflect her dedication to strengthening communities and creating opportunities for economic empowerment.
