Ideliza Duarte, widely known as SuperLiza, is a powerhouse in the real estate industry, marketing strategist, and founder of The Real Estate Plug—a collaborative networking platform created to unite professionals across all brokerages and specialties with one mission: connect, collaborate, and close.

After returning to real estate in late 2017, SuperLiza quickly made her mark through her commitment to helping families achieve the dream of homeownership, especially in underserved communities. In 2018, she became actively involved with NAHREP, where she served on the Bronx board for five consecutive years in multiple leadership roles including Events Director, Sponsorship Director, Vice President, and ultimately Chapter President. Her work reflects her deep dedication to community empowerment and professional development.

In addition to her successful career in real estate, SuperLiza has served as a Business Development Manager for the mortgage industry and currently works as a BD Executive with Nu World Title. Her greatest strengths lie in relationship-building and strategic networking—skills she uses to drive business growth for herself and the companies she partners with.

With a strong background in marketing and a creative eye for social media, SuperLiza knows how to build brand visibility and produce impactful events. Through The Real Estate Plug and her involvement with organizations like NAHREP and the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, she creates powerful platforms that combine connection, community, and business growth.

Outside of her professional world, Liza is a proud and devoted “super mom” to three incredible daughters—her college-aged eldest, an aspiring interior designer and architect, and her vibrant 12-year-old twins who inspire her every day. Known for her authenticity, passion, and infectious energy, SuperLiza brings people together with purpose and heart—and she’s here for the long run!
