Joanne graduated from the University of Florida & earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health Education. She became a Realtor in August 2024. She is Founder of Joly Mobile Services providing a multitude of services such as Social Media Management, Loan Signings, and much more. She is Bi-lingual and speaks Haitian Creole. She has a passion for connecting her community with resources to equipped people for homeownership or real estate investing.
