About Me

Joe Sinnona, is owner of Sinnona “Speaks” and is a licensed NYS Associate Broker who is still actively selling in his home market of Long Beach, NY. His sales career began at age 10 when he would sell people's junk on street corners. Joe graduated from Manhattan College, Bronx NY with a degree in English & Education. He took a leave of absence from teaching in the New York city public schools and became a Realtor 30+ years ago, shortly thereafter to return as a department of State instructor. With a teaching background, he brings to the classroom a dynamic way of lecturing through the power of Story –Telling and role play inclusion.
Joe is a Faculty Instructor for Hofstra University, & Main Street Success Real Estate School and he has successfully taught & mentored Top Producing Practitioners throughout the Tri-State Area. He has taught in the following subjects as pre-licensing, code of ethics, brokerage management, new agent orientation, mindset & motivation,
Realtors Property Resource for NAR, Video, Social Media, Accelerator Boot Camp for Dearborn Publishing.
Joe has several designations including ABR, e-PRO, GRI, SRES, SRS, ITI & CBR certification. Joe served as the only male President of the Women’s Council of Realtors – The Long Island Network 2019.
