About Me

Kaila is a dedicated real estate professional and passionate community leader with a long history of service and leadership within Women’s Council of REALTORS®. She served as the local Membership Director in 2019, President-Elect in 2020, and President in 2021, and is proud to return to leadership as President-Elect in 2025 and President for the Northern Nevada Network in 2026.

Beyond WCR, Kaila serves her community as a Ward 5 appointee to the Reno Neighborhood Advisory Board, where she advocates for smart growth, strong neighborhoods, and engaged residents. She is also active on the Sierra Nevada REALTORS® Government Affairs Committee, the Professional Standards Committee, and serves as 2025 & 2026 PAC Chair—bringing her voice and experience to the local, state, and national conversations that shape the real estate industry.

Kaila’s leadership philosophy is grounded in connection, empowerment, and impact. She is the founder and Executive Director of EMPWR Collective, a Northern Nevada nonprofit supporting and elevating women in business, and she is known for creating opportunities that inspire collaboration, leadership growth, and positive change.
