Karla Blanco is a dedicated Realtor® serving East Idaho with a strong background in sales, customer relations, and community advocacy. Having grown up in Idaho Falls, Karla brings deep local insight and a genuine love for the community she now serves. A proud Utah State University alumna, she holds a B.S. in Psychology, giving her a unique edge in communication, negotiation, and understanding her clients’ needs.

She proudly serves as the 2026 President-Elect of the Women’s Council of Realtors Southeast Idaho and is an active member of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, passionately advocating for homeownership within the Hispanic community.

With over a decade of experience across business development, higher education, and client services, Karla delivers exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and a personalized experience at every step of the real estate journey.

A mother of two toddlers and wife to a wonderful husband, Karla balances her career with family life filled with sports and outdoor adventures. She loves dancing, the Dodgers, and traveling the world.
