About Me

When Kenya Hughes made real estate her focus in 2017, she hit the ground running. In 2023, she was elected President of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, beginning her term in 2024 Yet, she still makes all the time in the world for her burgeoning client base who she always serves with authentic care and unwavering honesty. Supported by her experience as a California-Certified Probate and Trust Specialist, not to mention her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with a minor in Real Estate, Kenya provides sage counsel with her trademark charisma across neighborhoods in Northridge, Tarzana, Encino, and West Adams.

Kenya traces the origins of her real estate career to her leasing responsibilities for a property management company. A quick study, she was quickly promoted to Community Director Portfolio Manager and also worked as an acquisitions consultant, executing rent roll and budget audit duties. In 2020, she decided to give real estate her undivided attention and hasn’t looked back. With her unique experience, she enjoys bringing patience, comfort and knowledgeability to the escrow process.
